PCB Rework Services

We use a JT7000 HIGH POWER HOT AIR STATION. This now provides us with the capability to offer rework on the full range of SMT components down to 0.50mm pitch and 0402 package sizes, including:

• PLCC's
• QFP's
• SOIC's
• Chip capacitors and resistors.
