SME Exhibition & Industry Conference @ Limerick Institute of Technology 1st April 2015

The Energy Efficiency Benefits For Industry Seminar and SME Manufacturing Exhibition is a free event to be held
on 1st April 2015 in Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) in partnership with the ACORN Research Centre, LIT (TEMPO project), University of Ulster and the SME consortium, Supply Network Shannon (SNS).


The event will feature both international and national speakers who will outline current trends in energy efficiency
in industry and present case studies of industrial sites where the beneficial impacts of energy efficiency have been
witnessed. The successful outcomes of the Total Energy Management in Production Operations (TEMPO) Project
and the added value to the Pilot Manufacturing Plants will be described.


The day will also feature a series of workshops dealing with ECO Supports for SMEs, Impacts of the European
Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) and Opportunities for Waste Heat/Eco-Parks. A parallel manufacturing exhibition
and meet the buyer event is open for SMEs interested in exhibiting. A range of Energy Service Providers and Energy
Advisory Agencies will also be available on display
